The Mexican Mule is a tequila-infused version of the classic Moscow Mule cocktail. This cocktail has become very popular in modern bar menus.
Tequila is preferred instead of the vodka used in the classic recipe. The spicy and fresh character of ginger beer blends well with the herbal flavors of tequila. Lime juice gives the drink a vibrant balance.
